Reva - Real Estate Virtual Analyst

Our project is an autonomous conversational real estate agent that turns natural voice commands into real operational actions using LLM reasoning, ElevenLabs voice interaction, document intelligence, and tool-based automation. Users speak to request rent forecasts, ESG compliance checks, lease clause extraction, or maintenance workflows. The agent interprets intent → orchestrates APIs and browser automation → generates reports or executes tasks → and responds back through voice and UI outputs. This delivers hands-free, end-to-end property management, demonstrating a working prototype that integrates complex multimodal systems, offers significant industry impact, aligns directly with the theme of next-generation conversational AI, and proves the future of voice-driven automation.

We had limited prior exploration with LLM prompts and internal prototypes for document parsing, but the conversational agent, voice automation workflow, tool integration, UI, backend services, and deployment architecture were fully designed and built during the hackathon.
