Project Description
Problem Statement:
Speech-language pathologists spend 45-60 minutes per initial assessment manually filling extensive case history forms (like this 6-page SLD Proforma). Parents often feel overwhelmed by clinical questionnaires, and valuable clinical time is spent on data collection rather than actual evaluation and therapy.
Solution:
SpeechDoc uses conversational AI to conduct empathetic, thorough case history interviews with parents before they ever meet the SLP. The AI adapts its questioning based on responses, collects all proforma data conversationally, generates pre-filled documentation, and provides preliminary analysis—giving clinicians a head start and patients a less intimidating experience.

-Two-portal system (Patient/Parent & Clinician) with Clerk authentication
-AI voice agent (ElevenLabs) that collects the entire SLD Proforma conversationally
-NoCodeBackend for all data storage
